Why I want to go to college?

I want to attend college because I want to educate myself fully. I want to be able to learn more and meet new people and gain a whole new experience away from home. This video didn't really effect how I view college because I already want to go. I have wanted to attend college since I was very young. I have always had a love for the study of the brain and kids so I will study pediatrics or psychology. I will always have a passion to learn more and college will help me towards my goals.

Showcase Reflection

I didn't get any professionals, I got teachers and parents. I don't think it was fair that people who spent less time than I did got more professionals. I think that wasn't very fair.

Student Led Conferences

Student Led Conferences were very easy to do. We wrote a letter to our parents about coming to the event and we collected assignments from all of our classes to show our parents. All we had to do was invite our parents and show them the assignments instructed to. We talked to our parents and had a reflection sheet to do with them.
Pros:
- We got to see what our teachers want us to reflect on.
Cons:
- It was just our parents and us
- Some teachers didn't give us assignments to put into the portfolio.
- The reflection sheet didn't help with the conference.

Student Success Statement

Summary: The whole idea is that when you do good things you can make sure that you are on the right path. You will have a happy life and a good outcome. You will be the best person you can be and make everyone around you happy. That's the base of this idea and this principle. It allows you to live your life to the fullest and the way to live your life to the happiest you can be.
