Tony Farmer: CTW

Tony Farmer
A senior at Garfield Heights high school and aspiring basketball player, having the world in his hands messed it all up. He was a good player but he choose the wrong for pleading guilty of robbing, kidnapping his girlfriend, assault and other crimes. He had such a bright future yet he threw it all away for what? Bad choices. What type of life can you have if all you do is what’s wrong? You won’t be able to have a life, or become someone amazing. Be who you are but make sure you will be someone who people are proud of and who you’re proud of or what’s the point?

Doper.

Alex Schwazer
Well he was an Olympic race walker and I can’t stand the fact that after he was caught he still managed to be a bad person and not even feel guilty for doing it. He was an Olympian, a “role model” for kids everywhere, someone trustworthy and reliable but what did he do? He deceived everyone and used illegal substances to win. It’s immeasurable of how much disappointment and shame he brought upon himself. He needs to grow up and learn that doing drugs to win, or in general is not okay. You need to be an honorable and respectable person and do what is right to succeed not cheat your way to succeed, what does that say about you?

CTW: Olympic Cheater

CTW: Olympic Cheater
Well this story was about Marion Jones an Olympic athlete who was famed and took pride in being an Olympian. After she won a medal at the Olympics it was thought she cheated after reviewing tests she was stripped of her medals, she was caught cheating. Red handed and yet she still denied it, how could she possibly do that? Not because she was a bad person, but yet she wanted to win so bad she would take extreme measures instead of just training and getting better herself she turned to drugs. Choosing the wrong at its prime.

Locked Away

Well this incident report was about a young girl being locked away by her grandparents and only being let out for school. How can they do that? The poor girls only opportunity to leave the bathroom (place of captivity) to go to school. How could they do something so inhuman. There should be regular visits when children are left under guardianship at random times. How could no one notice, this went on for six years and no one said anything. Once someone found out what the couple, Brian and Rivae Hart,  had done there was no turn away's everything was charged and they were put in jail. In the end the grandparents were put in jail on counts of kidnapping, and child endangering.

Stolen Money?

Stolen Money?
Well this story was about a man who after 60 years finally returned money that he stole to the Washington Sears. Actually having it for that long, the guilt must have been eating him alive for so long. After the 60 years with no form of indication he stole it that must have complexly messed up his morals in some way. But we have to give him credit who would do that? Return stolen money, if he didn’t he wouldn’t have forgiven himself and where would that have gotten him. to summarize it would be always choose the right and see about your decisions.
